Fish-Lemon Pepper Style
Marinate the fish with paste made from Kohinoor Lemon Pepper Seasoning. Keep it in a refrigerator for 2 hours, longer the time better the marination. Remove it from the refrigerator, thaw and dip the marinated fish in a batter of one's choice. Fry the fish in vegetable oil until browned or fully cooked. Serve it hot along with sliced onion, tomato slices and coriander leaves. Replace fish with boneless chicken for another delicious alternative.
