MIXED VEGETABLE WITH CHICKPEAS
Place tomato puree, yoghurt, spice powders, ginger paste and salt in a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth. Keep it aside. Heat the oil in a saucepan, add onions, garlic paste, cinnamon, cardamom and bay leaves. Stir fry until golden brown. Stir in the yoghurt mixture and cook until the mixture starts to bubble. Add cauliflower, beans, potatoes, chickpeas and salt to taste. Mix, cover and cook until the vegetables are tender but still crunchy. Serve it hot with rice or roti.
