I just thought I'd write to say I discovered your range whilst out shopping in Tesco the other week. I am a vegetarian and it is quite hard to find decent vegetarian microwave meals, especially in Indian food so thought I'd try some of yours out as they were on special offer. I am really pleased I did as not only do you do a wider range of vegetarian food but the flavour is amazing as well, which is a rare thing in microwave meals. And it doesn't feel like the spicy flavours have been watered down for the European market like most Indian dishes you get over here.

I ran out of chapatti flour and I forgot to buy a bag so i rushed to KwikSave in Wolverhampton they only had Kohinoor wholewheat chakki atta it was not my usual brand but it was chapatti flour so I bought a 4kg tub glad that I did for I found it finer. Easier to cook with it didn't need a lot of kneading it also had nice colour and the chapatti's where gorgeous and soft over all 100% great.Also I made too many yesterday so I thought I’ll have them later so I wrapped them in foil unfortunately I forgot about them till today dinnertime as I was hungry I 'll eat them with yogurt. Usually left over chapatti go hard, my usual brand do the next day, so maybe these 2 chapatti will be going hard round the edges too but to my surprise they were more than ok they were still soft they tasted just as if I just made them I didn't need to eat them with yogurt they tasted great really 100%. I am NOT buying any other chapatti flour now I’ve tasted Kohinoor wholewheat chakki atta a really good product.
I recently bought a pack of your madras curry powder which I may say is the best I have ever used Unfortunately I don’t remember which store I bought it from If I may ask could you give me a list of stores in the Glasgow Scotland area as I am down to my last 3 spoonfuls and using other brands just wont be the same . I have just discovered your amazing cook in sauces - they are the nearest thing to an authentic Indian, or Southall, curry that I have tasted.
Congratulations. I normally avoid such concoctions as they are usually awful, but this (the methi) is amazing!
