Pink peppercorns add a spicy kick to this quick and easy sweet. Simply snap into shards and enjoy.
Prep time 10 mins | Chill time 1 hour| Makes 1 slab
200g dark chocolate
100g white chocolate
1 tbsp pink peppercorns
- Line a small rectangle baking tin with some greaseproof paper.
- Melt the dark chocolate and spread evenly over the tin. Melt the white chocolate. Blob over the centre of the dark chocolate, use the end of a wooden spoon, or a cocktail stick, to swirl through.
- Crush the peppercorns a little and then sprinkle evenly over the chocolate. Chill for at least an hour to set.
