1 packet Kohinoor Coconut Moilee Cooking Sauce
450g Prawns
1 tsp vegetable oil
Fresh chopped coriander to serve

Method

  • Stir fry the prawns in a hot pan with oil
  • Add Keralan Coconut Moilee sauce, stirring continuously.
  • Cover and simmer until the prawns are cooked and the sauce thickens to your desired consistency.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh coriander leaves.

Top Tip

Try this recipe with a white fish such as monkfish or even paneer for a vegetarian take.
