I have tried a few of these wonderful Kohinoor sauces and they really are the best ever pre-made sauces. I had this one the other day, I’d had it for a while as a bit worried about the hotness of it. I have to say the flavours were incredible and the heat was just about my limit – I would say a bit hotter or equal to a very good madras. Honestly, so tasty, just thinking about it is making my mouth water!

Bought this sauce from Tesco hidden at the back of the shop (should really be on the main isles)
The sauce is nice and hot, I would say Madras BIR. If that don’t do it for you I would chop up some green chilli and add them at the end of the cook I added a dollop of garlic and ginger pate whilst the frying the meat (see I watched the you tube vid’s)
The sauce had depth and heat and will now be on my shopping list

Easily the hottest ready-made sauce I’ve ever had. This makes the hottest curries from other brands look feeble. Wonderful all round flavour to go with the heat too. I always have at least one pouch in the house.

Had this a couple of weeks ago … bought from Tesco. Reasonably priced and delicious. Tastes as authentic as any restaurant. Tasted like I had made it from scratch! Well if I don’t tell and hide the packets.. 🙂 Would definitely recommend. 10/10 for me!
