This creamy and mild recipe is the perfect way to enjoy a lighter version of the classic Butter Chicken. Using Kohinoor’s Butter Chicken Cooking Sauce, this recipe is incredibly easy yet tasty.

Ingredients

1 Kohinoor Butter Chicken Cooking Sauce
450g cooked turkey, diced
250g mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, diced
25g butter
30ml double cream
Chopped coriander to serve

Method

  • Heat the butter in a pan and sauté the onion and mushrooms
  • When lightly browned, add the cooked turkey and fry for 2 minutes
  • Add the Butter Chicken Cooking Sauce and bring to a gentle boil
  • Add the cream and mix through and simmer for another minute
  • Sprinkle with chopped coriander and serve with naan
